wx23This series is for any pregnant, birthing parent, or caregiver who has a child 3 yrs old or younger who identifies as "mom."

Give yourself & your child the gift of a healthy mood!

Together we will:

• Build a community with other moms

• Practice mood management skills

• Share a light lunch

• Gain skills to cope with everyday life stress, and more!

Participants who complete the series will receive a $50 gift card!
