Build a community with other moms
Practive mood management skills
Gain skills to cope with everyday stress, and more!

This series is for any pregnant, birthing parent, or caregiver who have a child 3 years old or younger who identifies as "mom".

Free childcare and snack provided. Receive a ticket each week to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Hopscotch gift card!
