This weekly group series for caregivers and parents of 2-12 year olds delves intovarious techniques and practices to help make parenting a pleasure. Together we explore topics such as:

Combating stress
The benefits of implementing rules and routines
Effective communication skills
Emotions coaching techniques
Positive discipline strategies
And much more!

*Each week parents who attend will receive a raffle ticket for a drawing at the end of the series for two $50 gift certificates*
